Ok so I've got to keep this food log up to date so I can show my personal trainer how I'm doing.

Today I ate:

One cup of lentil salad.
One mini BLT.
A cup of fava, pinto and green beans with chorizo and a side of mixed greens with some potatoes, beats and swiss cheese.
A cup of yogurt with some bran cereal.

Yesterday I ate:
One cup of lowfat, apricot yogurt.
One prosciutto and fig sandwhich.
One cup of tomato soup with side of celery and peanut butter, grapes and raspberries mixed in my apple sauce as well as bananas.
A toasted, open-faced egg white salad sandwhich
