Alright well the last time I updated this was a few months ago, almost. I saw a personal trainer yesterday and bought some sessions that I can hopefully continue to afford. I've been trying to eat pretty well, although at times I slip up and eat six chocolates (cough the other day), but I've been pretty good otherwise. Yesterday I ate a prosciutto sandwhich, granola and yogurt, then a cup of fruit and mixed salad. After work I went to the gym, so I don't think I ate much more (oops!). No wonder I felt hungry.
