So conveniently I have to write an essay about an entire day's worth or food I've eaten for nutrition - I started doing Bikram yoga again as well as going to the gym, and it may be my endorphins pumping but I think I an already see a difference in my body! My legs are narrowing, my butt is lifting even more and I feel trimmer around the waist! Ahhh, it feels good...can't wait to be fit.
