I think today will be the day for me to complete at least half of my nutrition class assignment by keeping track of what I've eaten.

Ok so..so far today I've had:

1 potato salad
1 canelle (shh)
1 bowl of french onion soup
1 cup of mixed fruit (yellow, green, orange, purple)
1 piece of pan de mie
1 mini smoked salmon sandwhich

Later I think I'll have a salad and read at the gym...because I have to stay within $15, and I also tend to eat heavier in the morning these days which I think has helped me trim down a bit. I also stopped eating after 8:00 PM so my body can burn all the calories rather than try to digest the ice cream or mexican food I used to eat at night.
