Let's just forget about the granola and chicken burger and pastries and cookies I had earlier and in the past few days...and think about that spinach salad with sugar snap peas and turkey I just ate coupled with raspberries, blackberries and apples :). It seems like the beginning of eating healthy and staying fit is always the hardest and just when I'm about to accomplish something, I revert back to my old, sugary-carby ways. Oh well. Sometimes it just feels better to eat the peanut butter and caramel popcorn.
Today for instance, I had to force myself to eat something healthy in order to get myself off the cookies. Although I still ate some later, at least I got that down. Off to the gym!
