Fitness -

Well, I decided to start a blog to document my eating and exercise so hopefully I can reach my goal fitness. I've considered paying some extra money to hire a trainer at the gym I go to, but I think I can do it by myself if I try hard enough - maybe I need only a few training sessions in the end, then.

While my work has pretty good food, I also eat some high empty calorie foods as well. Starting at 5 AM this morning I ate:

2 Granola bars - (300 calories)
1 Vanilla macaron - (200 calories!)
1 lentil salad
1 canelle
1 Small bowl of greek yogurt with fruit
A few sips of french onion soup
1 salad with beets, potatoes and swiss cheese
1 Prosciutto and swiss mini sandwich
2 more granola bars at home

When I looked up a calorie/weight loss calculator, it said I should be consuming about 1,430 calories per day with the amount of exercise I'm doing to see results. Self-control! Must exercise self-control!
